They always remember you ....by name. They always thank you
for your business and you feel it is sincere. They listen
to woman, and the female does not feel patronized. I always
feel that they are honest and fair and they do not make
unnessary repairs unless you insist.

Dave's Automotive is exceptionally honest. They always take
the time to explain what is going on with the vehicle. As a
female I feel very comfortable taking my car to them for
work - I know I will be listened to and that I will be
treated honestly.

Always knows your name, makes you feel like what you say
matters. Does not do unnecessary work to spend your money.
I started going to Daves Auto because my Boss "MR
Perfection" took his car there and still brings his car
to "DAVES" now that he has moved almost 150 miles away.

I took a vehicle to Dave's for a replacement timing belt and
intake manifold gasket. The water pump was a suggested
replacement with the timing belt based on manufacturer.
When I got the vehicle back, I could barely drive it up the
hill to my house (not a large or steep hill). I took it
back, and they worked on it again. When I went to pick it
up, they said it should be better- and would have left it at
that. I asked what was wrong, and they said they had
assembled it with the timing belt one notch off.
Approximately 13 months after the repair, the replaced water
pump failed. Not their fault per-se, but the receipt
indicated it as a low cost part. I had the timing belt
service redone as well, since the original receipt did not
specifically show the tensioner was replaced and the front
end of the car was already disassembled. I suppose I should
have checked more thoroughly, but for a $1400+ service, I
only checked the main points.
