They keep a lot of parts in stock. They sell new and used
parts. They've been in business for a long time. I've
never heard one complaint from people who do business with
them. A friend of mine was out at around 3 am and his car
broke down. The owner came out at 3 am and towed his car
to his shop for free. A new transmission was put in the
car that day and he was only charged $400 for parts and
labor.

I started going to Keith 15 years ago when I had a spark plug pop out. I initially
had my car towed to the local dealer, who told me that I needed a $2000
cylinder head job. After cleaning up my undergarments from the accident
caused by the preposterous estimate, I asked a buddy what to do and he steered
me to Keith. Keith said "I'll helicoil that and have you going as soon as I can." I
think the bill was around $40-60. That was after paying the dealer a $60
diagnostic fee and an extra $40 bucks to have the car towed to Keith's. I found
out afterwards that Keith has the majority of the VW business in the Charleston
area tied up because of the bad rep of the dealer, and because Keith is one
honest, decent, and fair guy. And boy, he really knows VW's inside and out.
