I have a problem with getting too attached to my vehicles. These guys have worked very hard to break me of this problem - even making me PROMISE them I will sell a vehicle as soon as they fix it (again!) I had an old Nissan truck that I was in love with, and of course it was a piece of junk. I wanted to fix the body up and have it painted, and Todd simply refused to do it. He said there were plenty of other ways for him to take money! So - I tried to slip it past him, and into the shop, and when he just happened to hear the office manager setting up my appointment, he came on the phone and said (sic) Please don't tell me you're trying to sneak that piece of junk in here! So - not to be deterred, I took it to another shop, and just asked them to go over it and give me a list of what all it needed and in what order I should do it. That guy (Jeff at M.A.R.S.) said - don't even drive it to the junkyard - call them to come and get it! I now have a Toyota truck - which I'm going to sell - because after Joey replaced my head gasket, etc. - he made me promise to sell it. (That was about 5 months ago - I still haven't sold it, but I've also only put about 300 miles on it since then) Hey- if you've read this far, do you need a 'nice' 4wd truck? :-) One other thing - if your repair is not one of their specialties - they will tell you who to take it to! Check 'em out!
