Doug Snyder and his employees have taken wonderful care of our vehicles in the 17+ years we have lived in this area. When we moved here I had a '90 VW Westie; he kept it in good repair for almost 200K miles. I loved that van and hated to part with it. Sold it in FL (had a bidding war on as so many wanted it). Reluctantly sold and bought a new Honda Odyssey (2002). It has 100K miles now and Doug has done all necessary work in the nine months a year that we live here in Nowheresville, WV; Winter months in FL have had good service (albeit it very pricey) from Crown Honda. Husband has a Ford F250 that Snyder does routine servicing and a 1986 Chevy truck (farm use only) that he keeps running too. Caroline Richmond P.S. I have written VW several times with suggestion that VW reintroduce the Westie so I can have one again. After all, the retro Beetle has enjoyed great success. Like the old geezers who want to be buried in their '57 Chevy, I wanted to be buried in my Westie. "My Westie was not just a vehicle, it was a way of life for me." I get boiler plate replies from WV.
