I have been going to Firestone ever since I had a driver's license (and a car that needed repairs!). My father takes all his cars there as well, which explains my bias. So yes, I would say I have a bias, but I would also say that these fellas are very knowledgable, treat you nice, give you straight talk about what's going on with your car, get the job done quickly and get it done RIGHT. I've heard people say that Firestone's prices are a bit higher than other places you can go, but Firestone uses quality parts, OEM parts when possible - not rebuilt or no- name parts. Plus, they back up the work with a guarantee (that depends on the nature of the work. For example, I had to get my front differential replaced on my SUV. A big and pricey job, but they backed it up with a 1 year, 12,000 mile warranty). Todd (the manager) and Barry (the assistant manager) are good people and honestly seem to want to help people - not take advantage of them. I highly recommend going here.
