Paul (the owner) has worked on numerous cars I have owned, foreign and domestic. He has a knack for being able to drive a car and know what is wrong with it. He also has up to date diagnostic equipment for the few things he is not too sure about. I can go to him, ask him a question about what might be wrong, and he will tell me. (I do some of my own car repairs.) He also has been generous enough to loan me tools I needed to do some of my own repairs. And, last but not least, he charges a very reasonable rate of repairs. a great guy!!!!

These guys are the best. They've inspected and fixed both of my fords a number of times. Always top notch parts, service and price.

Paul is the salt of the earth. I am car stupid & do not take great care of my vehicle. He has always been a straight shooter, & a standup guy. As long as Paul remains the owner of this shop, it will have my business!

I was stuck in town with a car problem. A Charleston friend who swears by Bigley, recommended them. They diagnosed my problem, using a video scope camera they inserted into the engine to discover timing chain problems. They warned against fixing the problem due to extensive cost and high mileage of the car (250,000 miles). They topped off the oil in the engine, and they charged NOTHING for the diagnosis and oil! Nice, honest people.
