Rich is honest and will take time to talk to you about what needs to be done. They are realistic in knowing that some repairs may need to be put off due to expense and will help identify the most critical issues. I find it somewhat inconvenient since they do not have a shuttle service (I guess I've never asked), but I take my car there for everything including oil changes since I trust them to keep an eye on things and let me know if they see something out of place.
