They have repaired and inspected my 99 SAAB 9-3 several times. I felt that they were very honest in the presentation of the work that needed to be done. I brought it in for the 50k check and they presented me with a list of things be done "soon", which was a switch. Usually I get hit up with the "omigosh you have to fix this NOW!" routine. I also had an o2 sensor replaced for which he did while I waited. Fair prices, good work, and honesty.

11/27/03 European Auto House (414 358 3552) works on Saabs, BMW's, Mercedes, Porsche, VW, and Volvo. They have worked on both my '85 and '97 Saab 900's. Tom is the Saab person. He knows all the querks of the different models as well as for each of their years. Our local dealer is not bad (if expensive) but, whether its the pressure of getting X number of cars through in a day or the turn over in experienced staff, the older car seems to get short shrift from them. Once past your cars warranty period, I'd strongly suggest anyone in the Milwaukee area give EAH a try. They don't have loaners and are not convenient to public transit, so that's a bother. And if you need your ego stroked by a staff of underlings, or to have internet jacks in the waiting room, or other gold plated trappings upmarket dealers and tony shops provide then you may not be able to appreciate EAH's qualities - nor the money you save.

EAH is great. Competent, friendly, through. I have been taking my older MB to Tom for several years. Great guy. Great service. I would recommend him to anyone looking for outstanding service at a fair price.

They have worked on both a BMW and Saab for me. They are thorough, have a good, clean shop, and charge fair prices.
