This is the first time I have left a shop without feeling that I had to double check their work(check for missing bolts/hardware/leaks/etc). I did check the first time anyway, i am just that way. I din't feel taken advantage of and the best of all, which never happens anymore, is they actually show you the parts they removed down to the hose clamps and little springs! They took care of things that other shops chose to ignore and caused me several thousands in repairs but this place took care of it the first time and looked at other items to take care of while they were so far into it. I have been working with autos myself for over 20 years and have always felt betrayed by the auto shops or treateed like a dollar sign. I felt neither one of these from Satori's at all. I even called them to thank them for the work they performed, a first for me. Nothing but high marks for me. These guys know their stuff!

Satori's rocks. They kept my ancient Volkswagen running like a top for 185,000+ miles. Extremely courteous and always willing to explain why something needed repair and / or which items could wait -vs- which urgently needed to be replaced. Their rates are competitive .. not the cheapest in town, but certainly fair, especially considering that they almost always resolve problems the first time. I wish that I still lived close enough to take my car there for maintenance and repairs.
