They are successful because of their expertise and do not try to sell services or products you do not need; even on simple maintenance, the vehicle receives a safety check and feedback about future maintenance problems.

Steve, Matt and Bob are all great people as well as excellent, knowledgeable, honest, experienced mechanics. They have taken care of cars and a truck for our family for years. They have always given honest, helpful advice, including when not to have a repair done. They are a real "large enough to serve you, small enough to know you" team.

Ater becoming tired/suspicious of frequenting the local Honda and Toyota dealerships in town, I decided to look around for a car repair shop in town. I was delighted to find a shop that not only repairs Japanese cars in a GM town, but one that has a mechanic that was familiar with Hondas. We have been satisfied with their repairs over the last year we've been going to their shop, and the bills have always been more than reasonable. The first time I turned our '92 Honda in for a repair, I was delighted that the owner took the time to take out a laminated diagram of the part he repaired, and explain what he did. I recently took our '01 Toyota in because our check engine light was on. They ran emisssion tests to try to determine the source of the problem. Though they were unable to deterine why the light was on (even after running a computer diagnostic test) they changed my oil and replace a burned out bulb and told me to come back in if the light went on again. I was satisfied they did their best, and was happy to pay for the diagnostic test. I highly recommend this garage.

They response quickly to your needs and help to determine what may be wrong with the car. They also will be honest enough to tell you that the cost of the repair may not be a good choice to absorb. Have had work done on two types of autos and have always been satisfied with their work and charges.

They were going to come and look at my Honda Civic that the brakes failed on. After setting up the appointment for 4:30pm, he called at around that time to tell me his tow truck driver was running late. He asked if I could make it at 6pm. I said sure. I waited in the parking lot for an 1 1/2 hours until 6pm, and he still hadn't shown up, with no phone call explaining why. Finally, at 6:15pm, I was left to drive the car home VERY slowly (with scant brake power). I called and left a message on his cell phone the next day, asking him to please call me. (I'm not sure why I did; I guess because his reputation for being an excellent honest person to do business with.) He never returned my phone, not even to apologize for wasting my time and never showing up. Good luck with this guy.
