Mr. Fulton has owned this business for many, many, many years. For a short period during the 1990s, he sold the business to another mechanic--equally competent, but more prone to charge higher prices and not as willing to work with customers who maybe didn't have $600 in their savings account to cover a needed repair. Mr. Fulton came out of retirement to buy the business back after the new owner had to close it down for loss of business. This was about two years ago. Fulton brought back many of his team of mechanics and, I'm sure, has brought back all of his former customers. (I can't get service the same day I call anymore. If it's an emergency, though, they always find a way to take care ofyou.) I've had many satisfactory regular maintenance and repair experiences with all of the cars I've taken to them (a Plymouth Horizon, an '89 Toyta Cressida, a '92 Nissan Pathfinder, and, currently, a '97 Honda Civic HX). Their prices are fair and, if they don't fix the problem the first time (which they almost always do) they don't charge you to fix it right. They're among the very best in Appleton and the Fox River Valley. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else.

Other comments on the site are right on! Competent, honest, professional. Many certified mechanics and long term employees ...not a lot of turnover at this shop. I have tried several others and keep coming back. I am a very satisfied customer.
