Bill is helpful and friendly, so that going in to his shop with a problem is actually a pleasant experience - he will go out of his way to explain any procedure and reason for repairs to you. In other words - you are being treated like an intelligent human being and not like a cash cow. Any repairs or maintenance work I had to take my car in for was completed in a very timely manner, even when parts had to be brought in from elsewhere.
