Ken and his guys are completely trustworthy. When he describes the problem I don't even ask how much? Just go ahead and fix it. I know that his bill will be reasonable and he is not out to put the screws to me. He has saved me many bucks in the past like remembering the faulty part still had a warranty. Great place to do business. I have recommended him to all my friends. He has been my guy for over 12 years. Andy Boeckl

Ken has worked on our Toyota van and Mazda Protege. The Protege had a "check engine" warning light problem that three other garages (including a Mazda dealership) could not fix even though they charged over $300. Ken fixed it the first time for $125. Ken has performed regular maintenance on the Toyota for less than 1/2 the price the local dealer charges. If I had any more cars to maintain, Ken would be my choice for them also.

My last experience was most frustrating for them and me. His mechanics spent many hours trying to duplicate the problem I experienced. I was not charged for those extra hours. They did find the problem and corrected it. Ken has saved me a lot of money with his great memory. He remembers when warranty parts are installed and has them replaced when they fail. The only cost then is for labor. He has been our go to guy for the last 15 years. When we take our vehicles in for a problem we never ask for an estimate because we know it will be repaired and affordable. He does not rip off customers.

Ken runs his a model business. They are very competent, provide a transparent service, their costs are very reasonable, and they do everything possible to satisfy the customer. In short, you can be sure you'll get a good deal at Ken's.
