A friend of mine just commented to me that he (my friend) can work on a car all weekend & not be able to figure something out, so he'll take it to Satch, who invariably pulls his little flashlight & screwdriver out of his pocket, tweeks a little something, and all is right with the world. I can see that.......

I've taken my car to Satchworks for three years now, for maintenance and repairs, and have always been pleased with how well my car and I have been treated. Satch is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and is a real mensch in my book.

Great shop, friendly people who do excellent work and don't talk down to their customers. I had a nagging problem with my Bronco and they fixed it right the first time.

Satch is a great person as are the mechanics who work there. They price themselves in training to stay abreast of current technology. Good place for women, because they will be honest and not snow you, padding the estimate. Problem is they are so busy it becomes hard to make appointments. However, in emergencies, they will try to work you in, but it may not be a quick fix. I've lived many places and tried to develop a working relationship with a mechanic. This is the best I've found over the years. Satch has not turned me down working on my recent model year diesel PU because the technology has changed so much. At least he was honest.
