I've taken my old Jetta to Hal and was given reasonable suggestions for repairs. The work he has done for me has been quick, and reasonable. He drives me to work and picks me up when done with my car. I'm letting him work on my new Jetta because of the personal, quick, convenient service and respect he gives.

I have been dealing with Import Autowerks for approximately 5 years. Being a single woman I feel that I can trust Hal to be fair, honest and above board. He has always given me top notch service. He is a man that I can trust! I would recomend him to anyone.

Since I have older vehicles, Hal will recommend services that I need but also things that I can do at a later date - which I've really appreciated. He is easy to reach during the day and will let you know if a problem is bigger than orginally thought - before doing huge expensive repairs. I always leave there feeling that I have a better running car.

Hal is Great! He's worked on several cars for us and always does the work quickly and for a reasonable cost. Recently a part they had replaced failed and they not only fixed it for free but paid to have the car towed to them - even though the problem was the part and not the work they did. Hal has a wide knowledge of all things automotive - from arcane facts about old italian cars, to the details of modern vehicles. Hal's son is working alonside him now and the good service should continue.
