A family operation -Mr. Ghim and his nephews - great guys. They are particularly good about telling me when I don't need something done. They have serviced both new and old cars for us. When working with older cars they are great about letting me know when a used part makes more sense than a new one and they've tracked down some excellent used parts for us. They own up when they don't get it right the first time and complete the repair without additional charge. They recognize my name even when I haven't called for quite a while. They always have me bring the car in the next day! They used to work on Saturdays but I think they've gotten successful.

I'm surprised there are not more reviews for this shop. I lived in Washington for 2 years and used to drive a good 20 miles from Snohomish to patronize them, and I was never disappointed. While sometimes hard to get on the phone, they always remembered me and my 4Runner, they always fit me into the schedule, and they always disclosed when they felt work was not required. Plus, the work they did was reasonably priced. I had a number of deferred non-critical repairs completed because I knew I would probably not find a better deal elsewhere. I'm now in the St. Louis area and hoping I can find a shop that does as good a job.
