I took my truck in after some yahoo backed into the front end. The accident was the day before we left on a two week driving vacation (luckily with a different vehichle). Taylors arranged for a tow to their shop, gave me an estimate before we left and assured me that they would deal with the insurance situation. When the truck was done we were notified and assured that it would remain in the locked yard until we could get a ride to it. Upon inspection I found that the new bumper had small scratches. When I pointed this out they apologized and offered to keep the truck and repair it as soon as a replacement bumper was found or I could take the truck home and bring it back at my convenience. I left the truck and it was completed the next day. While they were working on the truck they put on the cowl vent covers that had been removed prior to the accident and tightened the rattling tailgate that I had mentioned in passing. At no time did I feel talked down to, I did not get the "little lady" treatment and they kept me informed. I hope to never need body work again but if I do. . .
