Tim the owner has been very accomodating. I first met him when my normal mechanic was closed and I had a tire that was losing air quickly, I decided to see if he was open and sure enough he was and he had 2 choices for a fix. 1 was free and the other was 20.00. I didn't want him to do anything for free so I selected the 20.00 one. Ever since it is the same way with him. He lays out your options and accurate costs. We live in a valley so there are constantly hills go up and down, and this causes brake wear. My old Mechanic I think knows this and charges way more than Tim does. I even had to ask him is that just for the front or the back? He said no, that is all 4 tires. I was shocked. Add on that the other mechanic when I asked if my rig had Air Suspension on my rig he said yes, then weeks later I asked the same question to Tim and he said no. This time I knew the answer was no and I was happy to hear he got it right and took the time to give me an accurate answer. Thanks for the work Tim.

One of my neighbors who lives across the street from the owners of Duvall Diesel recommended them to me. I needed the rear struts on my Honda Civic station wagon replaced. I removed the struts myself and took them along with what I assumed were the correct new dampers to Duvall Diesel and they agreed to install the new dampers for $35 which I thought was very reasonable. By the time I got home (only 10 minutes away) they had called to inform me that the new dampers I had purchased from B&B in Redmond, would not fit. I think my lifetime record for receiving the correct parts from auto parts stores is about 50%! When I returned to pick up my struts they had reassembled them and even though they had done all the work they would accept no payment. When I finally locate the correct parts I will deffinitely return to Duvall Diesel. They are more than fair.
