My wife owns a 1986 Ford Escort that has 100,000 miles and the head had a hairline crack. I was told by a couple of shops that it could be fixed by welding, however Burien City Garage would not do this because they could no insure that it would work. They test 5 heads before they found one they would accept. The car has run fine and my wife is very happy with them and that they are honest.

I wrote the comment about the Acura (forgive the poor spelling). I recommended several friends and they have all had good experiences. Duane and crew are competent, and efficient. I would recommend them to anyone. And just remember, if price is a consideration, you get what you pay for.

They took care of my 1990 Dodge Dakota P/U. The vehicle had a lot of problems to start with and they corrected all of them. The 1st time 'round! I've been back for typical maintanence since and I would recommend them to anyone! When they say it's fixed, it's fixed!
