I came in for a minor repair but it turned out I had a bigger issue than I originally thought. They took the time to explain all the issues at play, showed me the internals of my engine where the fault was located, came up with an economical solution that worked with my budget and even let me source some of the more expensive parts myself on the interwebs to save a few more dollars as I was unemployed at the time. I was very happy with the result and my old clunker now has new life and (hopefully) will give me many more miles of good service.
