Steve Hazel and his crew at Panecea are very competent. They know when to use Dealer parts or independent suppliers. I replaced a sensor on my Ford Ranger. It lasted only about three months. I took it in to Steve and he said he uses Ford parts as these tend to be more reliable than independent suppliers. He has accurately trouble shot many issues for my vehicles, my families vehicle, and friends vehicles for many years.

Panacea worked with me to find an "intermittent" problem on my Buick. I let them have the car for a couple of days and had them drive it around on errands with their instruments hooked up. They only charged me for the diagnostic time when the car was actually acting up. They found the problem and fixed it for a reasonable cost. This is the most difficult kind of problem (the intermittent kind), and they did a great job on it for me. They have also taken care of routine maintenance for me on two other cars, and I feel I've received good work for a fair (not cheap, but fair) price. And I don't feel they tell me things need fixing when they don't need fixing. So I recommend them.
