I have taken my carburated 1987 Honda Accord (324000 miles) to them 8 times over the last 2 years and they were the only shop to be able to fix my problems. They have spotted problems before I knew about them and have always gotten the job right the first time. Very easy to work with and honest.

They were the only place we would take our '90 Mazda MX6 to whenever it would start to hiccup. No matter what was wrong, they would get it fixed within their estimate and on time. And they always got it done right the first time - no having to return multiple times to fix what should have been taken care of on the first go around. In the rare instance (once) the first repair didn't quite go right, they quickly fixed it at no additional cost. Mike and Paul give car repair people a bad name - they're honest and competent.

Lots of experience on old Hondas (mine is a 1987) and can handle carburators. excellent advice on preventative maintenance. I have 343000 miles and going strong. careful and complete.

Took great care of me when I brought my Maxima in to have
the timing belt done, and again when I needed the clutch
done on my Celica Alltrac.

Mike (the mechanic) KNOWS Hondas. Humboldt Auto is not the
cheapest--but the work is done RIGHT the first time. No
returns required.
Paul handles the bookwork, and his price quotes are right
from the time/repair cost books. If you're looking for
cheap, look elsewhere. If you're looking for done right
the first time, look here.
