Well, I absolutely love the service side of Snowfire. Not
only do they keep my Outback running, they take the time to
point out some trouble spots and what I can do at home to
keep them from becoming an issue for me.
The sales side? Well, they're certainly polite. But they're
also extremely overpriced. Last year a co-worker nearly
bought a used Nissan 350Z there...but found the asking
price was greater than the vehicle cost brand new. John's
response was "Then buy it new. I'll sell this one within
the week." This past week I saw a Mini Cooper there for
$23k and nearly bought it, but decided to call a few Mini
dealers. I found that a brand new Mini with the same
options would cost me $19,170.
I'll continue to use the service department, but Snowfire
sales is best left to those who prefer not to do their
homework.
