I don't know their specific garantees, so I did't mark those boxes, but I know that they always fixed my (and my now-ex-wife's) car right. We went there for all our car needs for 9 years and never had a problem that they didn't rectify on the spot. It's a family business that's been there for many years -- they're part of the community and they act like it. I've observed them interacting with all manner of people, from long timer customers to tourists looking for directions to kids buying a soda, and everyone gets the same high level of attention. My ex and I were completely comfortable discussing car issues with anyone in the shop, knowing they would give us straight answers. (The only reason this is in past tense is that we moved out of the area. I even considered making the 20-mile drive back there for service.)

Hart & Mead is a great service repair shop. I usually deal with John, and I am always 100% satisfied. They're very honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. The only downside I have identified is that they're located out in Hinesburg, VT, and you have to get yourself to/from the garage. But, if you can get a ride, and it's not too far out of the way, definitely use Hart & Mead.
