Did not voluntarily take out second oil drain plug of Mercury 5L engine. Then charged for extra quart of oil on re-fill. Not impressed.

The job was done on time. There was a leak in their new work two weeks later. I took care of that. I feel they were too high on their parts, I checked. I don't mind paying retail, but I don't enjoy being gouged. I might go back, but I will inform them that I will not pay more than retail again!
