I have been going to the fine mechanics of MasterTech
Automotive for over 7 years now. They have always been
friendly and extremely professional. They have been more
than willing to work with me on payment plans when I've
needed them (as a preschool teacher sometimes funds tend to
be tight). They always know who I am when I call or come
into the shop, and work their hardest to squeeze me in if
something comes up. A year and a half ago I was having
major problems with my car that we were having a hard time
diagnosing. They worked on my car diligently for almost 2
months, the whole time allowing me to keep a loaner car (the
shop owner even braved below zero temperatures to come to my
house with an extra key when I accidentally locked mine in
the car, with it running). They sought various second
opinions on the problem my car was having and drove it back
and forth to the Nissan Dealership several times to see if
their computers could diagnose the problem. When the
problem was finally diagnosed, it turned out to be a $40
dollar part. They gave me a significant break on the the
labor charges and paid the Nissan bill for me. Even though
I ended up paying for a far larger sum then the $40 part,
there is no way I could pay for the time and persistence
they put into my car. I have and will continue to recommend
them to anyone who need a mechanic.
