I almost hate to put this in because Steve is so good and so very, very cheap. I'm afraid the world will beat a path to his door and I won't be able to get him to work on my cars anymore. One of the ways that my wife and I save money is by being able to drive old, high-mileage cars. The reason that we can do this is that Steve keeps them running. I keep telling him to raise his prices; he won't do it. He is honest, efficient, and willing to use used parts. My only objection is that he is not enthusiastic about working on my Mazda RX7. I can't say that I blame him; it's a weird beast. PS: Steve's cousin is Pete Laframboise, the proprietor of Pete's Citgo in Middlebury. Since I'm only allowed one entry in this sweepstakes, I'll go with Steve. But Pete is pretty good too. . .
