These folks are just what I wanted in a Shop - a real family atmosphere, easy access to talk directly to the mechanics, but helpful people at the front desk as well. They're Volvo people, but are excellent with my Honda, and you'll see lots of other makes on their lot as well. I had an on-going problem with the brakes on my Honda, not found by two Honda dealers. These folks fixed it first time, in a very timely manner. I've had nothing but excellent experiences with these guys. Well worth the drive out to Warrenton for me.

Bill and his crew are fantastic. Bill is honest, fair and doesn't promise things he cannot deliver. He's a bright guy and easily communicates the problem, the possible solutions, the level of need for the repair and the possible consequences if the repair is not made. He communicates in a way that instills confidence while not sounding like he's trying to disclaim anything he says. We had an issue where a repair didn't fix the problem. Bill took care of it at no charge to me. He also saved my money on a repair suggested by the person who did my car inspection, who had said the CV boot on my Honda was torn. Bill took me back to show me the boot was fine and did not charge me for his time. That's the kind of guy he is.
