The folks at Brookfield Plaza Shell are fabulous! I trust
them 100% with my car. I worked at a retirement community
nearby with 2000 residents and 1000 staff--a LARGE
majority of whom take their cars to Brookfield. I highly
recommend them.

I have been using these folks to maintain my cars since mid
1980s. They have a following of folks like myself who know
and trust them and have for years.

I had a window fixed that cost me over $150 more there than
at my previous mechanic's. The staff was rude and left me
sitting there for over three and a half hours without a
word. I had to leave, and another three hours later, they
still hadn't finished with everything, making me wait
another hour. I'd drive out of my way to avoid this place,
if I were you.
