Ladies, I totally recommend John & Terry! There is no BS and if you have half a
brain, they really take time to discuss your vehicle diagnosis. Perhaps they do
this even if you have lost half. I've NEVER felt ripped off, talked down to, or
sexed up. These guys are masters, not goobers. To explain the lack of public
transportation, there is none! I live in a very rural area where that is just plain
unavailable. I have no idea if they offer loaners or will give you a lift - I've
simply never asked. I'd love it if they were open 24/7, but I'm aware that's a lot
to ask. I love them and hate my 2005 Ford Escape, so we've got quite a
relationship lately. These guys work hard to find a solution when the solution to
whatever automotive problem is difficult to diagnose.
Gentlemen, you can take your car here too - but I'm really impressed by how
they handle my stupid Escape's issues and treat me with respect and interest that
any man gets. John says I should have bought a Toyota.
THUMBS UP!
