DO NOT take your car here. They do not call you when it's ready, you have to call them, even if you provide your phone number. I took mine in for an inspection, and asked them to fix a taillight before the inspection, so it would pass. They said they would call if there was any problem. I called them at 4:45 to see if it was ready. They said yes, but when I got there, he first couldn't find the invoice. Then he found it and told me the car did not pass inspection, because, among other reasons, the taillight was out. The ONE I TOLD THEM TO REPLACE! So I asked why they didn't call, or replace the headlight, and all I got were a bunch of excuses from the manager, about how an employee had left and not told them what to do. It was written on the invoice! And beside, that's not my problem, you should have systems in place to communicate. I know people make mistakes, but own up to it, and do something to fix it! Don't make excuses for your employees, and then charge me full price. Do yourself a favor, steer clear of Grandin Rd Automotive.
