Ten years ago after listening to my problems with my car and repairs a friend suggested automotive concepts. From then on I just take my car there and any concerns are looked into and ideas and price shared before work done. When my son's car caught on fire and we thought it was done for they repaired it and it ran for another year. I recommend them often and no one has ever told me they weren't satisfied. The price is compartible to others but the work is superior especially when compared to the dealer!!

They treat long-time customers like family & remember things about you & your car. They'd rather send you someplace else if it could be done cheaper than they can do the work cuz they know you'll come back. They want steady repeat business, not the quick boat payment. And they really like customers who keep good maintenance schedules. Also, tghey offer oil change-lube discount cards (do 5, the 6th one's free). And, they appreciate it when you make them cookies.

Many years ago, late 70s, when a friend recommended automotive concepts, jim and his wife, kimblery were very young parents of 4 daughters, later, by many years, they were blessed with a fine son ! the oldest daughter graduted from my alma mater, and one of her professors wrote a letter to jim and kimberly telling what a fine girl they had raised ! this professor happen to be one i had as well many years before ! jim and kimberly work together and have made a life for their family with many hours doing right by all that know them... they are a fine couple which is shown in the way they treat their clients.. AND i always have fun talking to other customers who vary in age and race. we all trust jim !
