Jim and Glenn kept my last car running for almost 13 years and almost 200,000 miles. Honest preventive maintanence is the secret. I fully expect them to keep my 1998 Neon around for the same length of time.

On a recent trip from South Carolina to our home in Pennsylvania my daughter and her two small children experienced what they thought was a battery or generator problem with their 1997 Dodge Mini-van. Jim and Glenn's found the problem, the wire from the battery to the electrical distribution box had been eaten through by battery acid. The sent out for a small cable to replace the old one and repaired the problem. The best part was that they did not charge her anything their service. You don't find many garages like that.

I have been to Jim and Glenn's a couple of times now, and they have been great! The shop staff is super nice and explain everything in detail. I even had a vibration issue that I thought was coming from my transmission, and they drove the car around all day and took it to a transmission shop and asked their opinion all at no charge to me. I strongly recommend them.
