I've been using Denbigh toyota since 2001 and have never had a problem, and always recieved friendly, prompt and efficient service. I agree with the first reviewer, Chris Capps is the best. I've never felt more comfortable with anyone regarding a car. He's always taken extremely good care of any problem I've had with my vehicle. All the mechanics from Denbigh Toyota that I've come in contact with have been 1st class. As with any Dealership, the prices might be slightly higher than you might be able to find with an independent mechanic; but I feel that the peace of mind and higher quality of service are definetely worth any potentially higher cost. They're going to be moving fairly soon to a brand new facility and I've heard from a couple of different sources that it's really going to "been state of the art". I hope they can maitain the high level of personal service that I've experienced in the past.

The mechanic in charge of the crew who always does my work (I've had Toyotas for about 20+ years) is Chris Capps. He is honest, available and has always made sure that the work done is done well. I've never had to go back because of a problem with a repair that they have made. I work about 20 miles from home (and about the same from the shop/dealership)and have always been offered a ride to work when I drop off my car. I would recommend Chris to anyone for a good mechanic.

I have 2 Toyota Corollas each with over 100,000 miles. Each time I've taken them in for services or repairs I've been well pleased with the work that was done. I'm sure they're not the cheapest but the peace of mind I get definitely makes up any difference in cost.

Unlike most other shops, they require an appointment for State inspections, no drive up allowed. So I usually drive up somewhere else after getting off work for the inspections. Since I don't wait until the end of the month there is usually no wait involved.

I'm in the military and was stationed at Ft. Eustis which is just down the road from Denbigh Toyota. I needed a timing belt on my '85 Cressida so I took it to them and had it replaced. Everything ran great at the time and 3 months later I was stationed in Texas. The car made the trip without any problems. Approx. 4 months after being there my belts started making noise so I took it in to the closest Toyota dealer to have serviced only to find out that the pulley on the front of my motor was loose due to the crank bolt not torqued properly when the timing belt was replaced 7 months ago. I was told that the shaft and pulley were damaged and needed to be replaced at a cost of $1600.00. They told me to contact the dealer in VA and see if I could get some help, I thought to myself this is a lost cause the repair is almost what the car is worth and I'm 2100 miles away. I called and talked to the Service Manager Bob Evans and he apologized for the mishap and asked what Toyota dealer it was at and called them. About an hour later he called me back and told me he would take care of the entire repair and provide me with a rental car until it was fixed. I gotta tell you my jaw hit the floor. I told him I expected some kind of fight to get just the money (428.78) that I paid for the belt and knowing that I would never be going back to VA. He said we screwed up and we needed to back our work regardless of the situation or a promise of return to our service dept. No, I won't be back, but being in the Army I talk to a lot of people and some get stationed at Ft. Eustis and they all know about Denbigh Toyota and my experience with them

Denbigh Toyota was the name when I started using their business. They moved in 2008 and renamed to Pearson's Toyota on Jefferson Ave. Their service department has always been top notch. I've been using them for my Toyota Sienna since 2000. Chris Capps was my Service Manager for many years; he was promoted to a Supervisor. I now use Kevin Fox, who is just as competent. This year I bought a new Sienna and my salesman, John Spain, was honest and courteous. They are a great dealership from sales to service.
