I was in a fender bender and this shop was recommended by
someone who takes his classic cars there. They are also
guaranteed by my insurance company (Erie). They were VERY
nice to us (2 sisters). We know NOTHING about cars and they
explained everything patiently, multiple times. We never
felt taken advantage of because of our lack of knowledge.
We had to make a 1000 mile trip before the car could be
repaired and they tested it for us to ensure the car was
safe. Also, the whole shop (waiting & repair areas) is VERY
clean!
