Sig specializes in imports but can and will fix anything. He always takes pains to explain what's needed, offer alternatives (manufacturer parts, other sources, rebuilt, etc.), explain what's been done after the repair, and give advice where appropriate on avoiding the problem in the future. One feels like a trusted friend, more than a mere customer. Sig and his small, stable crew have worked on all of my cars for years. Although I know he's good with people who have mechanical skills, I especially value the way he treats me, someone who can't begin to understand internal cumbustion.

These guys were great... did a complete tune up on my car (replaced the timing belt, rotated tires, etc. etc.). After the repair the timing belt was a little loose and kept making the irritating loose-belt-squealing noise whenever I turned and they were great about letting me come in on my own schedule and adjusting it on the spot. Highly recommend!

I was told they could look at my car in about three days, which was fine......almost four weeks later they had not even started on it yet. Unacceptable!!!! On the brighter side, this has been a fair priced place.

The first time I showed up to pick up my car I found out he didn't take credit cards. He told me to just drop by a check or send it in the mail when I could and sent me on my way with my car. Small town trusting. He's the kind of mechanic i feel completely comfortable dropping off my car and telling him to look it over and do whatever is needed.
