Ray repaired the wildshield wiper motor on my 84 caprice. When the wiper broke again, he replaced the switch (which I had suggested was the problem in the first place). It stopped again. He then replaced the motor three times, each rebuilt from a parts store which shall remain nameless. Finally, he called Detroit. They recommended he get one from a junk yard. It worked. He did not charge me for the full day it took to do this. Bob Marshall

I have a 1987 Honda Civic CRX with alot of miles on it. When I moved to Richmond I needed a state inspection sticker as well as some other misc. routine maintenence. I went to them because they were close to my current home, I got a pleasant surprise, Honest, hard working people who truly care about your well being. They did the maintenece, Gave me a ride, picked me up, and took care of my one follow up visit exceptionally. I am about to go back for a brake job and a valve timing adjustment and will take all of my maintenence to them. Ray and Steve are great guys!!!

Hevener's has been the repair shop for my 1988 Subaru GL and my 1995 Chevrolet Caprice for the past 18 months. I have had at least two tow-ins during the perood, and they have put things right and gotten me safely back on the road. Their fees are fair, and they stand behind their work.

These guys are very honest. I went to them and asked for a specific procedure to be done. When they called me back, they informed me that the procedure didn't need to be done, and they didn't want to charge me for an unnecessary job. They have also recommended other honest folks to do jobs that they don't handle, like transmissions. I am grateful they are close to my home and that I found them.
