The Mechanics I have listed are my father,my brother inlaw, and a friend,Melvin. I would imagine, and with good reason, you would think my opinion is extreamly biased. The fact is these are good ,honest people who know what they are doing(usually) and if not will tell you and get you to a place that does. My Dad has been a mechanic since he was 16 years old,he is 62 now. Over the years (some of which I worked for him)I have seen many people, families etc. broken down on I-85. My Dad and my Mom would always go out of their way to make their breakdowns as painless as possible ie:,taking them to hotels when the repair could not be made that day,or hey, beyond repair. I have gone to visit my parents many times and get there to find a stranger in their living room watching TV while the repair is being made or a friend or relative is coming to pick them up. I have seen this over and over again thru the years. Not only are these people great mechanics, they are compassionate mechanics!!! Is that a contradiction or what?!!!
