Bert and Chaz are great customer service guys, but the secret sauce of this place is a crusty old mechanic named Bill Wenerstron. He knows everything. They work on all my cars, ranging 50 years in age. They can handle the old ones and the brand new ones; special repairs and routine maintenance; they have access to all the routine repair schedules for all cars help me keep my fleet running.

These guys are great! My wife has taken her car there a couple of times. She has a Toyota Sienna with outrageously expensive run flat tires. They've patched them rather than try to sell her new ones and even stayed after hours to help her once. The patch has worked just fine for over a year. I'm sure the Toyota dealer would have gigged her for the $1,000 set of new tires. Recently, I had them check my brakes and change the oil on my car, a Honda Ridgeline. They could easily have sold me a needless brake job, but they didn't. Also, when they changed the oil, they reset the goofy maintenance minder indicator on my Honda (something Jiffy Lube could never figure out and I really like Jiffy Lube). Bottom line - they have always been on time, scrupulously honest and very reasonable (I think my wife's tire repair was $12).

My car needed a brake job. I need the car to provide transportation for my wife who cannot walk. The work was done promptly and was inexpensive.
