There are not many Fiat mechanics who are still alive. Will is one who knows every nut, bolt, and idiosyncracy of the Fiat line.

Will is something few mechanics (in my experience) are: completely trustworthy! He knows Fiats extremely well, and his honesty and thoroughness are greatly appreciated.
