Small things - tune up, etc. are prob ok. However, my air conditioner stopped working, & they said it was the blower. They replaced it for $750, which is what the dealership charges. Didn't blow when I took it home, but made a sound like it was trying. Took it back- 3 times (full days without car). Finally went to dealership (another $750). Fixed 1st time. They said there's a foam gasket on the blower where it lines up with the vents the air's being blown into, and the foam had been peeled off, so the air was blowing into space before getting to the vents. My guess is the guy putting the blower in thought he was supposed to peel the foam off first. I may have explained this badly, but my point is, the shop's run by a good mechanic, but he's got young guys doing the work who aren't supervised, and if the car prob is unusual, you're taking a big chance going here.

The owner's name is Tran. He is very friendly and honest. When you go to TSW you'll notice the people waiting for their repairs are happy and content. Tran was able to replace the timing belt on my 2000 Ford Contour for less than the Ford dealership, he was also more knowledgeable about my Ford than the head mechanic at the Ford dealership repair shop. TSW was referred to me by my wife's female coworker. I have referred many people to TSW. I highly recommend Tran and TSW.

In my opinion these guys are very honest and straight forward, they know how to fix vehicles. They won't sell you something you don't need, which they could have done easily in my case. They don't charge you an arm and a leg that a dealership does. I highly recommend them.

Tran diagnosed and repaired a "check engine light" issue on my Ford Explorer that I could not figure out. It was a vacuum leak. It was a quick, simple repair that saved me oodles of time. I did not meet him - my wife took the vehicle in. She had nothing negative to say. Price was reasonable and there was no BS about repairing a bunch of unnecessary stuff. Being able to diagnose the problem the first time (versus trial and error replacement) is something I value. This repair happened a few months ago and has stood the test of time. I would go back to him.

I was frustrated, getting bid after bid. Would I have to drive around in a puddle of sweat all summer? Or could I find someone to fix my air conditioner in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost? I found Tran on this website and left in love. It's not too serious, but serious enough that I plan to tell everyone I know about him. He was efficient, personable, treated me with respect, and skillful. He went above the call of duty. All good qualities in any man -- especially a mechanic.

Quang's shop has always been good to us for all the many years we have taken our vehicles to them. They're good at diagnosing the problem and getting cars up and running. Because they're so good at what they do, sometimes they get backlogged because so many people take their cars there. Most of the time I get my car back the same day, or I might have to leave it overnight, but almost never longer than that.
