Granted this is a dealer with dealer prices. However, as someone with considerable engineering background, who used to all auto repairs and many auto upgrades myself and has had previous experience with several dealer and other repair services often with spotty competency and sometimes lousy work, I have been repeated impressed with the competency and quality of work performed by this dealer. I have also been pleased by the straight forwardness of their service reps. They clearly try hard to earn their reputation. I strongly suspect that part of their behavior is due to Toyota incentives and oversight. I usually stay with the vehicle during all repairs, so I have had a first hand, informed view of what goes on. I even trust them, on occasion, to do the work in my absence. T always provide a good loaner car with scheduled maintenance, and have worked hard on occasion to provide a loaner on short notice. One minor complaint is that they often provide Toyota loaners. But they will provide upscale Toyota (Lexus) nonsmoking loaners on request. The shop is keep very clean, is designed to be in plain view and all customers interested in watching what goes on and they don't put out any nonsense about insurance rules limiting the customer seeing what they do. I hope these are helpful to other car owners.

While the shop is immaculate it usually takes several calls to the service to find out the status of your car. NEVER has our car been right the first time. For the price (20- 30% higher) there should be NO problems. And yes I have contacted the dealership and No I will not be returning.
