Wilson's really is the real family run shop. A one of a kind auto repair shop where not only will you see three generations of Wilsons behind the counter (I have personly seen four generations working at one time), but you will have two or three generations of customers having traded there over the years. They truely do respect ALL customers, females and male alike. It's the kind of place where you really know you will be taken care of and if in the rare situation where theres a screw up, they make good on it! (no mechanic is perfect, it's how they remedy the problem that counts in my book). The office/waiting room is the same. Talk about transparency in a business... while waiting on a repair you over hear all their business dealings and witness how great they treat other customers, male, female, young and old alike. At times I feel like I am in their living room! I am qualified to write this review cuz over the past eight years Wilson's has mounted tires, maintained and repaired all the ranch vehicles and personal vehicles in the family and lord knows I have done my share of abusing the vehicles on the ranch.

A family owned, third generation business, that is honest, reliable, and they do good work. I brought my Ford Ranger in for an alignment problem (it was pulling slightly to the left). Two of their technicians worked on it for over for two hours. They admitted they could not get it aligned perfectly due to a defect in the frame. They did not charge me anything, and refused to take any money for their time when I offered it (the truck seems to drive fine now -- no pulling to the left). Wow! I'm humbled by their professionalism and integrity!
