I have gone to Ron for six years now and am still happy with the service there. For much of that time I had 3 vehicles, and also 5 kids with cars. Needless to say, I saw him frequently. I have recommended him to others, and I know some of them have recommended him to their family and friends. One time he looked at a problem I was having and told me it was one of two things wrong. He felt 95% sure it one thing and said he could run diagnostics to be sure and fix it, or I could go to a parts store and spend about $4 for a part and he showed me where to plug it in. He could have easily done the repair and made a few bucks, but instead he saved me some money. See where else you can find that!

I found this guy completely by accident, and haven't been anywhere else since. They're friendly, laid-back, fair, reputable and trustworthy. I feel like he's giving me the same price/deal/advice that he'd give a beloved family member. I referred my roommate there, and roommate got a quote fifteen PERCENT less than what the other location gave him (and it was for a decent sized job, so fifteen percent is a lot). Strongly, STRONGLY recommended.

We took our vehicle in to have the rear differential evaluated. RSC had worked on the vehicle's rear differential 16 months prior. We had problems due to the rear differential well after the 1-year warranty had expired, but RSC repaired it for us and did not charge for the labor. (The parts' manufacture did not warranty its product > 1-year and, naturally, we did pay for the parts, but this was minimal compared to paying for parts and labor.) Additionally, they encouraged us to bring it back in about 3-4 months to ensure that the problem had been satisfactorily resolved. We were very pleased with both their courtesy and professionalism.
