This is a small family owned/run shop that is always willing to go the extra mile for their customers (they have offered to personally take me home after I droped my car off for repairs.). My wife and I have grown to trust them completely with all of the repairs we are not capable of doing ourselves. In one instance they went to bat for us when a very expensive part, from an outside source, went bad. They also have a toll free #: 1-800-563-9964. I recommend them very highly especially since I have had my fair share of disapointing incidents here in Plano, TX.

I have always found them to be honest and to be accuracte in their repairs. They take the time to tell you what is wrong with your car and what it will take to fix it. They usually offer several options in regard to the repair and are willing, if the product is available, to use rebuilt parts or even parts from a local junkyard to help keep the cost down. If the car you are droping off is your only means of transportation they will give you a car to use (at no charge) until yours is ready. How's that for service!

I have used them multiple times and I am impressed. They are competent and always want to do the work at a reasonable price.
