Roger will go to extreme lengths to solve your problem. Should he not be successful the first time he will do it again at no cost to you. He explains the problem, suggests the answer and advise a very accurate estimate of cost. Mendenhalls is a garage you can have confidence in its operation. I live 15 miles away from them and pass an estimated 15 other grages to get to him. Our family has been using him for about 10 years.

Mendenhall automotive has worked on my car several times. They have always done an excellant job. Both of the mechanics ( Chris and Ron ) seem to be very knowledgable as far as I can tell. Both Roger (the owner ) and Gordon who run the office, take the time to explain the problem and the options that are available to repair the car. along with an estimate of the cost. The only drawback is they are closed on the weekends but that is a small inconvenience when you have found an honest and competent repair shop. I hope they are around for many years to come. Just for the record, I have known Chris, one of the mechanics for about 25 years, and he has worked at Mendenhalls for about the last 20.

My parents have been customers since 1981?- 1982. Now I have been a customer for about 10 years. You can't find a more honest person than Roger.Roger will work with you to get your vehicle in and out in a timely manner. Chris is very knowlegible about older and the newer cars. If you have a classic, Chris is the one for the job. If you have an alignment problem that other garages cannot fix, see Chris, he is a mericle worker. Thumbs up for Mendenhall Auto.

I bought a little condo about 3 miles west of here and every time I would drive by there, the CarTalk reviews in my head would call me to stop by and check them out. Well, I finally did and was really impressed with the "down home" service and honesty with a smile! The guy changed the oil in my Lexus and even complimented me on how smooth it ran. It reminded me of my brother Randy who used to be a mechanic in Staunton Illinois before he retired. I really had a good feeling that these guys knew their way around a car unlike the grease monkeys at some of the chain shops. I will be back and plan on bringing plenty of work for them to do. They are just west of Coit Rd on the north side of Spring Valley. Trust me, you will have a hard time finding a mechanic of this caliber.

I took my Honda CR-V to Mendenhall auto repair after calling around many different places. They had the lowest price, great customer service, and the owner, Roger, gave me a ride home. Roger's an extremely nice guy, honest, and he's been at his location for 28 years. I had a timing belt and water pump change due, and every other place quoted me at least $100 over what I was charged. The Honda dealership up in Frisco quoted me a ridiculous price of $825 for this, but they wanted to replace 9 million other things as well. Roger took care of exactly what was needed and didn't charge me a dime more than what was needed. As long as I'm in Dallas, I'll be taking my car back to him and have already recommended him to a number of my friends. Honest mechanics are hard to come by, especially those that charge you a fair price for the service done.
