Joe and Carla are the husband and wife team who run this business. It is a family oriented business and they treat your car like they were going to be putting one of their own family members in it. I have a '94 Toyota Camry that has 227,000 and they're helping to keep it running. They are very knowledgable on all makes and models and are honest as the day is long. They never promise what they can't deliver and always deliver what they promise. I grew up in a small retail mom and pop business and, as a result, always try to frequent businesses with the same work ethic that are going to know me every time I call or walk in the door. They respect my knowledge of mechanics as a woman, and, in this day and age, that says a lot. If you're in McKinney, please look no further. I have never hesitated to recommend Vision to friends or neighbors and those who have used them have never been disappointed.

They do it all. It is a family owned general repair shop with a long history in town. Joe, the owner, is an accomplished mechanic, but the work is generally done by a team of mechanics who have been with the shop for an extended time. The wife, Carla, runs the front desk and schedules the work. They provide rides to work and home. Moses, one of the mechanics was at the local GMC/Buick dealership until it changed hands. Very good with electrical and computers and was certified by GM. Kenny does a lot of major repairs and can work on most everything. They just expanded and each mechanic has two work bays with lifts. There are additional mechanics in the shop. I've had them work on a 90 and 99 Suburban, a 2000 Altima, a 1951 Chevy that's been converted to V8 with factory fuel injection. I've recommended them to friends who have had good experiences. Joe uses name brand parts that he can trust, not gold plated but not the bottom dollar stuff that can lead to warranty problems.
