Honest, ethical, and competent. I take my car there when it is time for maintenance and/or major repairs and trust them enough to give them carte blanche--"fix and take care of anything else you feel appropriate." They take care of everything, including the vehicle inspection that always seem due. Of course, they've known me for 23 years. For newer customers they would always get the OK to proceed. It is a rare business where you can simply ask anyone to do what is needed these days. But they are so respected and esteemed for their honesty and competency they are one of the few recommended auto shops on the Texas Tech University Dean of Student's List given to worried out-of-town parents. I have been taking my car there since 1983 when Mr. Bill Reese owned and ran the business. His son, Mr. Bruce Reese, continues on in the fine tradition.

I have tried many shops and when I found this one it was the last mechanic shop I would ever need. I have complete confidence in Bruce Reese and his staff. I wont take my car anywhere else.

Bruce Reese and his crew are great mechanics. They take the time to listen to you and explore the problem. They are very good at calling to let you know about what is going on. I highly recommend them.
