There have been many occasions over a course of ten years
when they have told me or I've witnessed them telling
someone else that they really didn't need new brakes yet
and to come back in 5 or 10 thousand miles. I've never had
another mechanic basically talk themselves out of a sale
this way and I really appreciate their honesty.
