Whew, I was getting tired of "Agreeing Strongly" to everything. Rick is a good guy, and always looks for the simplest solution and presents options to you- and I always feel that the price is fair. I had an Acura with 200K miles on it, so it needed some repairs. When my air conditioner went out I was petrified that it was going to be expensive (compressor). I called him and described the problem, and he let me know over the phone that he imagined it was a relay- lots of relief. Often when I would leave my car, he would fix small things- once he fixed my long broken power antenna, once some rubber around the window- for free. I guess he figured he was already getting enough because the car was so old, and he knows I am loyal to him. He was recommended to me by a friend, and I have not gone to anyone else since.

When I decided to buy a jeep and get rid of the Acura, my
only concern was that Rick wouldn't be the person working
on my car anymore. It was actually a consideration as I
really trust him and his work.

Rick and staff are great. He doesn't charge you for things
you don't need. He tells you what you do need and
prioritizes repairs, when needed. :-) As a woman, I feel
good about working with Rick. The service that I get is
respectful and efficient.
Thanks to him and Honda, my car never breaks down on the
Houston highways. That is a very good thing.
If you have a Honda or Acura and live on I-10 between Katy
and Town & Country, this is the only place to take your car
for care!
